Learning Reflection (4th) of Seminar in English language Teaching Course

                 The knowledge that I learned is about 21 st Century Learning: Pedagogical Perspectives by  Aj.Usa Noytim. Teacher presented and taught about 21 st  Century Learning, then I noted about that as follows: 21 st Century Learning: Pedagogical Perspectives can divided into 4 points -     Context of why 21 st century Learning is vital -     21 st key subjects -      Themes -     Skills -     Factors affecting        After that, teacher told me about ICT meaning, Globalization, Global economy, ASEAN community and High competition in 21 st  Century.      From last week, teacher assigned me to discuss about ESL, EFL, EIL and the role of English in Thailand. So, today we have to present about that into the class. After that, teacher assigned everyone in the class to watch the video about  "The Global Englishes" of Crystal, D.      From the video we learned the Global Englishes is using English language as a common means of communication across cultures or we can called "lingua franca" which used among people who speak various different language.      Global English is a style of writing that makes written English more easily understood by non-native speakers. Global English does this by being precise, logical and literal.       For this week, teacher assigned me to discuss about global English, ESL, EFL and EIL in group. After that, every groups have to present the discussion in front of the class. Learning Reflection (1st) of Seminar in English Language Teaching Course

      Today is a first class of Seminar in English Language Teaching. The professor is Asst.Prof.Dr. Usa Noytim, who was I had studied in Discourse Approach in Reading. I feel happy that I learned with her again. For first time, teacher told me about learning rules and course outline.        Then, teacher assigned me to think and discuss learning reflection about each course about English language teaching. There are 4 courses such as English Teaching Methodology 1, English Language Assessment and Evaluation, Learning English through Projects and Cultures of speakers of English.     In my opinion, I like to work in group because each other people help to think and comment in their own, so that was a good thing for team work and that make me accepted the ideas of others.     Next, I would like to tell about the difficult of this course, teacher told me that I have to read the articles or journals about English Language Teaching.
